Wow what a fantastic respond I got!! Thanks all for greating on FB and to all of you that have logged in on my blog!
I'm getting closer and closer to the BIG day and honestly im really looking forward to it! I have now decided to go for the 1000kcal food diet!. I have read all my papers carfefully and made a meny for all 7 days, and on paper it looks like a lot of food, but lets see when I start on Friday!
My hardest thing at the moment is to remember to take my multivitamin tablet every day :-)
On Friday morning I will weight myself on my scale and see what my start weight is, and then weight myself every Friday morning and see how it goes, Im not going to announce any weight, only let you know
-/=/+ for the week. I have been told that the first weeks after surgery you actually can put on weight before the band has been fitted correctly this will take 3-6 weeks
Below you can see my day by day menu from Friday 1 August to Thursday 7 August
I will of course keep you updated how it goes and my feelings during the week.

På fredag morgon kommer jag att väga mig och se vad min startvikt är, och sedan väga mig varje fredag morgon och se hur det går, Jag kommer inte att tillkännage någon vikt, bara berätta vad
- / = / +är för veckan. Jag har fått höra att de första veckorna efter operationen kan du faktiskt gå upp i vikt innan bandet har justerats på rätt sätt, detta kommer att ta 3-6 veckor
